'Sanskrit is the second label of Nav Singh and Louise Radman's Domaine Simha, which still focuses on biodynamic production and produces stunningly beautiful wine. This gamay is made in almost the exact same style at Beaujolais, with the use of stems and carbonic maceration.  Hand picked and vinified using traditional, lo-fi methods, the wine saw 6 months in old oak and was bottled without fining or filtering. Wildy and delicately aromatic, with purple blossoms and fresh ferns, aromatic cherries and a hit of fresh peppercorn. Superb Gamay from an outstanding winemaker.' AWC
