Glenfarclas 50 Year Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky

This is something very special. At the Australian Wine Centre, we don’t often gander over to the Scottish side of the fence, however, what Glenfarclas has served up here peaked our fancy.
For context, Glenfarclas has proper pedigree. Operated by the same family since 1865, they have always had a focus on producing quality single malt whisky, using only the best Spanish sherry casks.
The family factor is important. The people who put it all together are not only experts, but they genuinely care and want to be there making the best whisky possible. They love it, and they love the people they work with, and we believe this can be seen in the final product.
This bottle is just one of 836. It is constructed to an incredible standard set by Glencairn, then kept secure in a gorgeous presentation box with sliding latch. Inside of the bottle is some of the oldest whisky to have spent a full term in Spanish Sherry oak. We are proud to have it on our shelf as an investment while you slowly come around on deciding to purchase it…
