Michael Hall Sang de Pigeon Shiraz 2023

The wines of Michael Hall have been a part of our range for many years.  All of Michael’s wines deliver outstanding quality and exceptional value, perhaps none more so than the AWC June wine of the month – Sang de Pigeon Shiraz 2023. The product of a cooler, late harvested (handpicked) vintage this is a medium to full bodied expression of Barossa shiraz.  Sang de Pigeon (pigeon’s blood) is a term Michael brings from his former career as a jewel valuer, where the term was applied to a ruby of highest quality that displayed intense, vivid & pure red.
The 2023 expression of Sang de Pigeon is one of our favourites to date and we know you will love this wine as much as we do.
