Paysan ‘Coup de Coeur’ Pinot Gris 2019

‘Made by Domaine Simha, one of the best natural producers in Tasmania and, to be frank, in Australia. This is made 100% from Pinot Gris with time on skins, hence the pretty colour. Is it a rose? Is it a light red? It’s kinda both. Serve it with a slight chill rather than cold, and you’ll get a gorgeous wine of blood oranges, peaches, wild thyme and blossoms.’ AWC
