New Release – Lark Distillery Signature Portfolio Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky

The new trio of luxury Single Malt Whisky from Tasmania’s Lark Distillery have now landed and are available in store and online. Each Whisky continues the Lark tradition of using all Tasmanian ingredients – locally grown and malted barley, peat from the Central Highlands and pure Tassie water & wild yeasts work their magic. Each Whisky is matured in the finest & oldest available fortified wine casks from the historic Seppeltsfield Wines in Barossa Valley SA.
Fire Trail No.151 – Vibrant citrus, baked fruit, port and sherry cask richness, subtle savoury apple wood smoked water. Unpeated.
Devil’s Storm No.183 – Tasmanian peat smoke, scorched red fruit aromas, smooth almond fudge & rich chocolate. Port & Sherry casks & American Oak finished.
Ruby Abyss No.285 – Aged in first fill vintage Port & Sherry casks including a 100 year old Port reserve. Dark fruit, brown sugar, mocha, brandy snap sweetness on the finish.
